Patient Responsibilities

Please arrive around 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to enjoy the full allotted time for your treatment.

Masks are required if you currently have a cough, have been sick or around anyone sick in the last week, or if you have traveled/been around large groups of people in the last week. Masks must be a clean surgical mask, KN95, or N95.  

Even though acupuncture and Chinese medicine can be particularly helpful during times of sickness, patients who are ill or exhibiting symptoms are required to reschedule their appointments.  

Our current cancellation policy charges a 25% fee for cancellations or requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead will not get charged a fee.
